Zinedine Zidane quits Real Madrid after winning third Champions League - as it happened

Zinedine Zidane has parted company with Real Madrid after winning three consecutive Champions League titles.

The French coach decided to throw in the towel after winning unprecedented third consecutive champions League trophy last weekend.
Zidane is one of the only three managere, along with Carlo Ancelotti and Bob Paisely, to have won the UEFA CL cup three time having guided Real Madrid to the glory in 2016, 2017 and 2018.
Zidane to a news conference at the Bernabeu Stadium he had taken the decision not to continue next year.
Real madrid president, Florentino Perez was on THursday present alongside Zidane when the announcement was made. Zidane who took charge of the club in January 2016. 
He leasves having guided the club to three successive champions league tittles and one La Liga success.
